AXA Group Operations initiated a Digital Workplace program named One Workplace Program in 2019. This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled-out within the entire group.
As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination and implementation in all of AXA entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile), while insuring legacy transition.
In this Product Line, we have created a modern managed product based on an up-to-date Cloud managed (Microsoft Intune) Windows device, called Windows Edition.
We have put in place 5 onboarding teams which mission is to ensure Windows Edition deployment to our customers (AXA entities) by configuring associated setup. We currently have onboarded over 65 thousand users, are planning to onboard as much by end of 2026, and reach 160 thousand users by end of 2027.
In this context, Onboarding teams work with 2 Release teams, in charge of the product's Release Management, focusing on global changes (new features, upgrades, bug fixes) for Windows Edition. Each of those teams (Release & Onboarding) is composed of 4 to 5 Intune experts and a Product Owner.

Job purpose
As the scope of the 20 entities that are being onboarded currently is about to increase in 2026 (over 25), Windows Edition Product Manager needs to be supported by a Lead Onboarding Product Owner, overseeing all ongoing migration projects and ensuring a role of Product Management representative in every project governance with the entities.
The main objectives are to:
Create value to our customers by prioritizing overall entity feature requirements during onboarding projects, in accordance with the Product Manager, the Release Product Owners and the overall release planning,
The main activities are for the Lead Onboarding Product Owner to:
Sit at suppliers’ governances (Microsoft Mission Critical, Managed Services Steering committee…), leading Windows Edition topics,
