Account Management & Campaign Execution

Coordinating campaign launches, including collecting creative assets and ensuring correct setup

Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and budget utilization, flagging risks and opportunities

Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

Assist in implementing measurement solutions and ensuring accurate tracking

Help troubleshoot billing or operational issues in collaboration with Ops teams
Account Support & Growth

Analyze merchant performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
-
Contribute to account growth plans by preparing insights and performance summaries
-
Support upsell preparation by gathering data and building materials for client conversations
-
Participate in client calls and meetings, gradually taking ownership of smaller accounts or projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
-
Escalate product feedback and client needs
-
Contribute to documenting best practices and improving internal processes
-
Help streamline workflows and share learnings across the team
About you
- Native level of French and fluent English
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Account Management, Operations or Ad Sales function

Experience in managing and analysing digital ads campaigns for large brands. Ability to analyse, review results, and propose recommendations

A sales mindset that's genuinely commited in building trustful client relationships

Hands-on, result-driven, creative problem-solver, analytical mindset, with a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating complex ecosystems

Thorough understanding of the QSR landscape, marketing specificities, franchisees business model is a plus

Experience working with large, complex Enterprise brands and organisations

Expert organisation, attention to detail and time management skills

Curious about digital tooling and media buying platforms

Ambitious self-starter who enjoys being challenged and continuous learning
