Main responsibilities:
- You are responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—by leading the Talent Management process and continuously improving its effectiveness.

You provide expert guidance to Career Development Managers (CDMs) on policy implementation, best management practices, employee behavior, performance management, and career development.

You proactively design and implement HR initiatives that foster team engagement and enhance the work environment, with a particular focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, in alignment with the company’s CSR commitments.

You develop a deep understanding of your scope by maintaining close proximity to teams, conducting HR interviews to assess engagement levels, strengthen work relationships, boost productivity, and support retention.

You identify and address potential issues—including flight risks and psychosocial risks—either independently or by mobilizing relevant stakeholders, always proposing solutions aligned with operational priorities.

You monitor HR KPIs and trends to track progress on action plans, define pragmatic corrective measures when needed, and provide clear visibility into the HR landscape of your scope.
