Votre mission
Véritable partenaire financier des équipes opérationnelles, vous contribuez à l'amélioration de la performance industrielle du site en fournissant des analyses fiables, des recommandations pertinentes et un accompagnement quotidien des équipes Supply Chain et Manufacturing.
Vos principales responsabilités
Piloter le contrôle de gestion industriel du site.
Analyser les performances de production et identifier les écarts par rapport aux standards.
Préparer et présenter les résultats financiers mensuels au management.
Participer à l'élaboration des budgets, prévisions et plans d'économies.
Contribuer à la définition et au suivi des coûts standards industriels.
Superviser la valorisation et l'analyse des stocks.
Accompagner les clôtures comptables et l'analyse des coûts de fabrication.
Veiller au respect des procédures de contrôle interne et des exigences d'audit.
Développer et améliorer les reportings sous SAP, BI, Power BI et Excel.
Fournir un support financier aux projets locaux, régionaux et groupe.
Profil recherché
Formation supérieure en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion ou Comptabilité.
Expérience significative en contrôle de gestion industriel dans un environnement manufacturier.
Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et bonne connaissance de SAP.
Connaissance de Power BI et des outils décisionnels.
Capacité à analyser des données complexes et à transformer les résultats en recommandations opérationnelles.
Anglais professionnel indispensable
