YOUR ROLE
The Digital Key Account Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and growing relationships with strategic clients in a digital environment. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, optimizing digital performance, and ensuring high client satisfaction through strong account management and cross-functional collaboration.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Key Account Management
Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Identify upselling and business/digital growth opportunities
Oversee commercial agreements and client account activities
Digital Performance Management
Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide performance analysis and actionable recommendations
Collaborate with technical, e-commerce, commercial and data teams
Prepare regular business reviews and client presentations
Business Development
Support commercial negotiations and contract renewals
Develop tailored commercial proposals based on client needs
Contribute to revenue and growth targets
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with internal teams including commercial, operations, finance, and product
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects
Act as the main point of contact for digital-related client matters
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
8 years of experience in account management, digital sales, business development, or e-commerce
Experience in a digital environment is preferred
Strong commercial and relationship management skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance KPIs
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Fluent professional English
Organized and autonomous
Proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills
