As part of its development, JOHN TAYLOR PARIS is looking for Sales Assistants for its Right Bank and Left Bank agencies.
Positions based in PARIS 7th and PARIS 16th.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Physical and telephone reception of the agency
- Updating announcements on the CRM software
- Administrative follow-up of sales
- Attend and plan sales meetings
- Monitoring the visibility of ads on portals, social media animation
- Relay with the headquarters in local organization of events John Taylor Paris
- Use John Taylor marketing tools
- Feed information into the John Taylor CRM
- Keep mandate files and binders up to date
- Ensure the good management and proper functioning of the agency
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bac +2 training, you with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Fluent English required, a third language would be highly appreciated
