Role Overview
∙ Provide onsite IT support in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Laboratory (MLL) environments
∙ Ensure stable, secure, and compliant IT services in a GxP-regulated environment
∙ Act as SPOC for site IT support and coordinate with users, vendors, and global teams
Key Responsibilities
∙ Deliver L2 support for desktops, hardware, software, and network issues
∙ Perform installation, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT systems and devices
∙ Support remote access, connectivity, and infrastructure issues
∙ Implement desktop and IT solutions based on business needs
∙ Ensure security compliance and GxP adherence
∙ Maintain asset inventory and technical documentation
∙ Support end-user devices (thin clients, scanners, Zebra printers, etc.)
∙ Participate in on-call support (24x7 rotation if required)
Required Skills
∙ 2+ years’ experience in MLL / GxP manufacturing or lab environment
∙ Strong knowledge of:
o Windows OS and desktop support
o Hardware & software troubleshooting
o LAN/WAN and basic networking
∙ Experience with manufacturing systems / MES / shopfloor IT
∙ Exposure to Cisco / Siemens networking (preferred) not
∙ Good experience with GenAI tools and observability platforms
Other Requirements
∙ Fluent in English + local language (Dutch/French/German)
∙ Must be onsite (4–5 days/week) and locally based
∙ Valid driving license and own transport required
