Internship description
The Marketing and Communication Intern will be at the heart of Novalix’s marketing activities, supporting the execution of campaigns, content, and events in an international environment. Working alongside the Marketing and Communication Director and collaborating with teams across Europe, the intern will contribute to a variety of projects, from digital campaigns and content creation to webinar and event coordination.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic B2B life sciences environment, where marketing directly supports scientific innovation. The intern will actively participate in real projects, develop key operational skills, and gain a comprehensive view of how marketing and communication contribute to business growth.
Starting date: ASAP or 1st September.
Location: Strasbourg (France) or Madrid (Spain).
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns: mailing, LinkedIn Ads, SEA (Google Ads and following performance (digital KPIs) emailing, LinkedIn, website updates)
- Assist in drafting and formatting content (emails, posts, web pages)
- Help maintain and update content across digital platforms
- Support the organization of webinars and events (logistics, invitations, follow-up) in coordination with communication manager
- Prepare marketing materials (presentations, simple visuals, documents): coordinate with our agency in charge of graphic design.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, communication, business development, scientific teams)
- Assist in project coordination and task tracking
- Contribute to additional marketing projects depending on team priorities
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English

- Interest in marketing, communication, and digital tools
- Basic knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Profile we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and event organization
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic and international environment
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills, with a fluent level of English (French is a plus)
- Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, scientific, business development)
- Interest in B2B environments, innovation, or life sciences is appreciated
