DESCRIPTION
As part of its development, John Taylor is looking for several experienced high-end residential real estate consultants for its agencies in Marseille and Sanary-sur-Mer, covering the Côte Bleue, Marseille, the coastline from Cassis to Six-Fours as well as the Provençal hinterland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect for new exceptional properties (estates, villas, apartments).
- Valuate high-end and ultra-luxury residential properties.
- Organize and conduct viewings of portfolio properties.
- Advise and support our buyer and seller clients.
- Negotiate transactions while defending the interests of both parties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent knowledge of the high-end real estate market in the Provence – Marseille – Coast region.
- Fluent in English (a third language would be an asset).
- Responsive, determined, and persistent.
- Successful experience in high-end real estate transactions.
- Strong interest in brokering exceptional properties.
