PURPOSE OF POSITION
As Jr Brand Manager – Commercial Readiness & Influencer Strategy for DEWALT in the EMEA ANZ region, you will play a pivotal dual role at the intersection of commercial execution and brand building. You will be the critical link between the brand team and DEWALT's key markets, ensuring that product launches and brand initiatives are planned, communicated, and activated on time — fully aligned to the commercial requirements of our top retailers and trade partners across the region.
In parallel, you will take the operational ownership of DEWALT's regional influencer program — to support the annual event design and execution to performance measurement and market enablement. You are passionate about creator culture, deeply understand how to build authentic brand advocacy, and bring the rigour of a brand ambassador to influencer marketing.
Reporting to the Group Brand Manager, you will work in close collaboration with the Solutions Brand Managers, the Regional Digital & Social Media Manager, local market teams, and agency partners. You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced brand team and have the opportunity to shape how DEWALT shows up across two of its most commercially important and brand-defining areas.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Support and provide feedback on the annual DEWALT EMEA ANZ influencer strategy — by evaluating the programme structure, creator tiering, engagement approach, and KPI framework aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
- Support the planning, and end-to-end execution of the annual regional influencer event — from creative concept and logistics through to on-site delivery, content capture, and post-event reporting and analysis.
- Provide input to the Regional Social Media Manager to implement a consistent influencer performance measurement framework — defining standard metrics, reporting cadences, and evaluation criteria to assess reach, engagement, content quality, and commercial impact across all markets.
- Develop and distribute a the basic suite of brand tools and resources — including product seeding guidelines, content briefs, and activation kits — that empower local markets to independently engage and grow their influencer communities throughout the year.
