Rejoignez-nous en tant que Responsable Epicerie - Arts de la Table. Directement rattaché (e) à la direction de l'entreprise, vous êtes garant (e) de l'attractivité et de la performance de l'univers Epicerie du magasin. Les missions sont variées :
Gérer efficacement toutes les opérations quotidiennes du magasin y compris la gestion des stocks, les ventes, les plannings du personnel
Recruter, former et encadrer une équipe pour garantir un service premium et une expérience client irréprochable
Développer des actions pour stimuler les ventes et fidéliser la clientèle
Mettre en valeur les produits

La mission de Barbecue & Co est de promouvoir cet art de vivre qu’est la cuisine autour du feu en permettant à tous les amateurs de passer un moment inoubliable en tribu ou à deux.
Rattaché.e à la direction digitale et au sein d’une équipe de 5 personnes, vous participez à l’animation du site et au développement du chiffre d’affaires.
Description du poste :
1. Assurer le déploiement de projets E-commerce autour de la marque Barbecue & Co
Suivre la feuille de route et participer activement à l’évolution fonctionnelle des projets web
Activer une stratégie de production de contenus photos et vidéos pour accompagner ces projets
Valider et préparer de tous les éléments nécessaires à l’ouverture de nouveaux sites : fiches produits, espace dédié à la marque…
Suivre la mise en ligne et corrections avec l’équipe
2. Assurer la mise à jour, le suivi et l’analyse du site Barbecue & Co
S’assurer de la mise à jour des fiches produits et des contenus sur le site
Réalisation de checks réguliers pour repérer les problèmes techniques : mise en place d’alertes et de résolution auprès des équipes
Etre force de proposition auprès de l’équipe pour optimiser en continu la visibilité des produits et l’expérience utilisateur sur le site
3. Coordonner les plans d’animation on-site, base de données client, réseaux sociaux
Valider et coordonner les dispositifs de mises en avant sur les différents canaux
Etablir les briefs et valider les éléments graphiques adaptés aux différentes segmentations de la base clients
Profil recherché :
Afin de rejoindre notre équipe : de formation supérieure, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 3 ans en suivi de projets e-commerce
Vous êtes rigoureux,
Vous avec de très bonnes qualités relationnelles qui vous permet de coordonner de manière transverse
Vous connaissez les CMS Wordpress, Prestashop
Vous avez une appétence pour l’univers du barbecue
