To strengthen our bar and floor team, we're looking for a dynamic Supervisor eager to take the next step in their career!
Your Role
Supported by our managers, who are experts in craft beers, you'll work in a versatile position within both French- and English-speaking environments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing strong leadership during service by organizing the team, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Promoting our signature food and beverage offerings.
- Pouring the perfect pint in no time ;)
- Supervising the front-of-house team while maintaining high standards of customer service, venue presentation, and atmosphere.
- Assisting with cash handling procedures, including opening and closing tills.
- Opening and/or closing the venue when required.
- Participating in beverage inventory and checking equipment to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Working closely with management on administrative tasks, particularly those related to staff management.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety regulations, and alcohol licensing requirements.
- Supporting staff onboarding and training when needed.
Who We're Looking For
You have solid experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant and/or bar) and have previously held a similar supervisory role.
