The role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Generalist Apprentice to support a broad range of Talent and HR activities across the employee lifecycle. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations, people analytics and HR transformation projects within an international environment.

Employee experience

Support onboarding and learning activities.
Maintain job descriptions and HR records.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

HR administration and payroll

Support payroll preparation and HR administration.
Prepare contracts, amendments and HR documentation.
Coordinate benefits and employee lifecycle administration.
Respond to employee HR queries.

Talent acquisition and employer branding

Support recruitment activities for interns, apprentices and entry-level talent.
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, career events.
Assist with recruitment reporting and talent pipeline tracking.

HR projects and process improvement

Support HR transformation and digitalisation projects.
Assist with HR process mapping, documentation and policy updates.
Contribute to HR systems and operational improvement initiatives.

People analytics and workforce insights

Support the preparation of workforce and HR reports.
Assist in producing HR dashboards and key people metrics.
Contribute to workforce planning and data analysis activities.

Expérience collaborateur

Participer à l'intégration et aux activités de formation.
Mettre à jour les fiches de poste et gérer les dossiers RH.
Contribuer aux initiatives d'engagement des collaborateurs.

Administration RH et paie

Participer à la préparation de la paie et à l'administration du personnel.
Rédiger les contrats, avenants et documents RH.
Assurer le suivi des avantages sociaux et du cycle de vie des collaborateurs.
Répondre aux demandes et questions RH des collaborateurs.

Recrutement et marque employeur

Participer aux activités de recrutement des stagiaires, alternants et jeunes diplômés.
Coordonner la planification des entretiens et les échanges avec les candidats.
Contribuer aux initiatives de marque employeur, aux partenariats écoles et aux salons de recrutement.
Aider au suivi du reporting recrutement et du vivier de talents.

Projets RH et amélioration des processus

Participer aux projets de transformation et de digitalisation RH.
Aider à la cartographie des processus RH, à leur documentation et à la mise à jour des politiques internes.
Contribuer à l'optimisation des systèmes d'information RH (SIRH) et des processus opérationnels.

Analyse de données RH

Participer à la préparation des rapports sur les effectifs et des bilans RH.
Aider à la réalisation des tableaux de bord RH et des indicateurs clés (KPI RH).
Contribuer à la planification des effectifs et aux activités d'analyse de données.

Terms and conditions

Important information before applying

You must still be registered as master's student during the time of the apprenticeship.
Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
Apprentices are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their apprenticeship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our apprenticeship programme is full-time, for two years, and with an average working week of 35 hours
