You are joining our Talent & Skills Development team within the HR department, which is looking for an HR Project Manager for a 6-month internship starting in January 2027.
As an HR Project Manager, you support the Talent Management Leader to implement the key initiatives of our HR roadmap. These initiatives include performance and talent management, career support, etc.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Participate in the management and facilitation of ongoing projects, by organizing and participating in working groups;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent management tool, in connection with HRIS teams;
- Contribute to the management and monitoring of HR campaigns (performance evaluation, career interviews, etc.);
- Participate in communication actions related to projects, as well as leading the community of Talent referents from different entities.
You will be regularly in contact with our partners and internal clients (HR managers, business experts, IT teams, HR representatives of entities, etc.).
