A DAY IN THE LIFE...
Ensure that the facilities equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly also utility (Air compressor, Boiler)
Oversee the facilities maintenance program; identifies and analyzes equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions
Provide technical training to management and other team members
Coordinate work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality
Develop standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process
ARE YOU A FIT?
Bachelor’s of Engineering or related field
5 years experience in manufacturing in food industry or any related
Ability to communicate and convinced through different cultures
Good project management skills.
Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
Able to communicate well in English
