As Territory Sales Manager for the North and North-West of France, you play a central role in driving our growth in a key European market. Your mission is to strengthen our presence in France by positioning Kongsberg as the preferred partner for digital cutting solutions across corrugated packaging, signage and display, flexible packaging, and related industries.
You will build strong customer relationships, develop new business, manage key accounts, and lead value‑based sales across our full portfolio of systems and service solutions. Working closely with our French sales and service team, you will implement go‑to‑market strategies, identify new opportunities, and provide valuable market insights that shape our future initiatives.

What makes you a great fit?
You are an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong track record in high‑tech environments such as digital printing, packaging, industrial equipment, or IT solutions. You are confident in direct sales, skilled at developing new business while growing existing accounts, and comfortable managing complex negotiations and closing strategic deals.
You bring a solid understanding of the corrugated packaging and sign & display markets, along with broad knowledge of digital finishing solutions. You work in a structured and organized way, using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage your pipeline and opportunities.
Fluent in French and English, you are self‑driven, proactive, and ready to travel regularly across your territory (50%+).
