You are joining our team within the GMO - Back Office Fixed Income & Commodities Vanilla Department, which is looking for a Market Operation Manager for an internship of 6 months from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Monitor projects with formalization of reports;
- Track dashboards;
- Participate in the optimization of procedures and the monitoring of interest-rate derivative transactions;
- Participate in the optimization of procedures and the monitoring and unblocking of operations in the interface systems between FO and BO;
- Follow reconciliation and reporting of operations between the FO and BO systems;
- Contribute to the project to improve the confirmation retrieval process through the new guide and update of the confirmation templates;
Participate in optimizing the reconciliation of spreads and suspense on interest rate derivative transactions.
