Pardgroup France, a leading company specialised in Field Marketing, Global Retail Solutions, and the creation and refurbishment of French and international luxury boutiques, is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a new Business Development Manager based in Paris.
The new colleague will report to the General Manager and carry out the following activities:

Conduct market analysis to identify and target potential client companies;

Generate new business opportunities by developing partnerships and fostering collaborative relationships with prospective clients;

Promote and expand business through upselling and cross-selling of the company's services;

Assess and evaluate clients' technical requirements in order to propose the most suitable solutions;

Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts;
-
Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-up activities and ongoing account management;
-
Contribute to the development and execution of business growth strategies, coordinating commercial activities to maximize market reach and results.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Significant previous experience in a similar commercial role, of at least 3-5 years;

Good knowledge of the retail fit-out design and production sectors, ideally with a previous hands-on experience as a retail project manager or interior architecture or similar;

Knowledge of basic IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
-
Fluency in French and English;
- Availability to travel locally.
Fluency in an additional language is an advantage.
