Au sein de l’entité Wind Onshore de GE Vernova dédiée à la maintenance des éoliennes, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Technicien(ne) de Maintenance. Vous évoluez au sein de l’entité Services composée d’une équipe de 6/8 personnes et reportez au Responsable de zone.
Perform preventive maintenance on wind turbines: check bolt torques, lubricate moving parts, replace air and oil filters, perform cleaning, check oil level and coolant level, calibrate inductive turbine sensors
Perform corrective maintenance of wind turbines: replace electronic boards, electric motors, reducers, inductive sensors, temperature sensors, capacitors, diodes, sources, couplings, encoders, adjust inductive sensors, calibrate pitch system
Perform internal and external inspection on the wind turbine components
Ensure customer satisfaction with maintenance solutions, according to the metrics of service, terms, performance and quality defined by the area
Review the effectiveness of maintenance actions to identify training needs
Acting according to standardization of processes, tools and procedures related to maintenance, contributing to their improvement
Follow the guidelines and comply with the internal procedures of the clients, according to the designated location, participating in any training to carry out the activities
Responsible for the correct use, conservation, maintenance and optimization of the company's assets, as well as ensuring the cleaning and organization of the work area
Comply with the integrity and compliance guidelines as well as the company's EHS standards and procedures
Climbing and descending with some frequency the wind turbines (metallic or concrete structures): all works in the wind turbines are executed at the level of the ground and to, at least, 80 meters of height
Vous êtes titulaire d’un BTS/DUT/Licence en maintenance industrielle, électrotechnique ou expérience/connaissances équivalentes et avez une première expérience dans ce domaine.
Poste ouvert aux candidats européens, éligibles pour travailler en France (Français obligatoire, l'anglais est recommandé).
