The Field Marketing Associate is responsible for driving the local execution of marketing strategies and commercial programs across the region. The role translates global and regional marketing priorities into effective in-market execution, with a strong focus on demand generation, customer engagement, sales enablement, product adoption, market development and measurable business impact for its product segment.
The role requires strong customer proximity, execution discipline, marketing performance management and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.

Translate global and regional marketing strategies into effective local execution plans aligned with market needs and business priorities.

Adapt campaigns, product launches, and commercial programs to local customer, market, and competitive dynamics.

Drive demand generation initiatives and support pipeline growth through multi-channel marketing activities.

Partner with Sales teams to accelerate opportunity creation, account penetration, and customer acquisition.

Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring strong adoption, lead follow-up, and measurable business impact.

Provide sales enablement tools, messaging, training, and customer-facing materials to support commercial success.

Support product launches and go-to-market activities, ensuring local readiness and successful implementation.

Drive product adoption and market development initiatives to expand penetration and strengthen competitive positioning.

Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), customers, and industry stakeholders to increase engagement and advocacy.

Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Preferred Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or related commercial roles.

Experience within the medical device, diagnostics, healthcare, life sciences, or B2B technology industries preferred.

Demonstrated success and experience in customer engagement, product launches, market development programs and commercial activation initiatives.

Strong track record of partnering with sales organizations to drive pipeline development, customer engagement, complex commercial discussions and tender opportunities
-
Experience coordinating and executing customer events, workshops, congresses, and educational programs.

Experience collecting and translating customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable business recommendations.

Experience measuring campaign performance, lead generation effectiveness, and return on marketing investments.

Ability to develop customer-centric messaging and account targeting approaches.

Strong sales enablement capabilities, including development and deployment of customer-facing materials and training programs.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Commercial Excellence teams.

Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).

Experience using content management and sales enablement tools such as Showpad.

Strong analytical capabilities with Excel, Power BI, or equivalent reporting and dashboarding tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
