You will join the Compliance and Internal Control department, composed of 7 people within the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Directorate, and you will assist the team in its mission as guarantor of the overall compliance and risk management system.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

carry out checks and analyses in order to detect any risk of non-compliance with professional and regulatory obligations: information to holders and validation of commercial documentation, processing market abuse alerts, combating money laundering, ethics and deontology, identification and management of conflicts of interest, review of procedures. You assist the employees in applying the rules.

participate in the implementation of the Permanent Control plan: you assess the risks and make recommendations to improve the system

participate in the collection of operational incidents in order to understand their causes, impacts, and corrective actions

participate in the functioning of committees and contribute to reporting for clients, Natixis Investment Managers or regulatory authorities.

With a higher education in the legal field or a business school, you have at least 5 years of experience in auditing/control and compliance functions in the field of asset management.
Do you have the skills:
- Financial instruments and the operation of investment funds,
- The regulations on sustainable finance, anti-money laundering, market abuse, MIF2, etc.
- The tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
- Autonomous and rigorous,
- Strength of proposal,
- Recognized for your analytical capacity (identification and risk assessments) and adaptable
- A voucher communicating orally and in writing
You have a B2 level in English.
