Position
The Shipping Manager, under the supervision of the Logistics & Operations Manager, is in charge of overseeing and coordinating all shipping flows for the company, from private clients to restaurants and even palace to organize deliveries reserved for our members. In this key role for the company, the shipping manager is at the heart of operations, ensuring coordination between the customer service teams, sales teams, and our members.
They will manage global shipping flows from the heart of Burgundy.
This is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave, offering the opportunity to join an international and dynamic environment and contribute to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute shipping orders for our clients.

Ensure excellent communication with warehouse operators for order fulfillment.

Prepare all necessary documents for order shipment (commercial invoices, DAE, EXA, DSA, DAES, etc.).

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and logistics partners.

Participate in rate negotiations with carriers.

Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to provide efficient and effective service to our clients.

Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process and escalate accordingly.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to shipping alcoholic products, including customs regulations and import/export regulations.

Manage the inventory of dry goods and their ordering.

Handle invoices related to shipments.

Keep accurate records of all shipments and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Continuously develop and improve the shipping service.

Contribute to Crurated's excellence and renown.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in French and English.

Experience in operations.

Previous experience in wine import/export (customs).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Aptitude for digital and technological environments (WMS, CRM, Zerba, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
