You will join Natixis Wealth Management (NWM) as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, where you will be responsible for assessing, analyzing and managing the company’s credit risks. You will play a key role in strategic credit decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of risk monitoring, rating and counterparty review processes.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

Evaluate credit applications by performing extensive financial analyses, reviewing financial statements, cash flows and other relevant data to determine the creditworthiness of clients and counterparties.

Prepare and present detailed analyses of credit files at credit committees, providing informed recommendations on the granting or denial of credits.

Identify and implement improvements in risk tracking, rating and review processes to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of credit assessments.

Monitor the performance of credit portfolios, detect signs of deterioration in credit quality and propose appropriate corrective actions.

Collaborate with sales, compliance and audit teams to ensure an integrated approach to credit risk management.

With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management or similar field, with significant experience in a senior role. Experience in the field of private banking is a plus.
Do you have:
- Financial analysis tools and modeling software (Excel, SAS, R, etc.);
- Credit risk regulations and standards.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Recognized for your written and oral communication skills;
- Able to present complex analyses in a clear and concise manner;
- Appreciated for the ability to work independently while demonstrating a team spirit, with an analytical and rigorous approach to problems.
