Job Title: Key account management coordinator, EME

Summary:
The Key account management coordinator EME is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating product & sales strategies for tarte cosmetics across Europe & Middle East (EME) region. This role is instrumental in driving growth by providing strategic insights, sales forecasting, and close coordination with cross-functional teams as well as our SEPHORA partners to ensure alignment with commercial goals and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with executive team to develop and execute tarte and international Sephora business strategy

Support 360 marketing plans, launch calendars and drive comprehensive sales and wholesale launch strategies

Develop, execute and communicate strategic merchandise initiatives that support the financial objectives of tarte and our Sephora EME business

Develop best in class relationship management to grow our cross-functional Sephora partnership
- Oversee administrative task completion to meet content deadlines to support marketing and onsite product initiatives

Establish new processes needed for continued growth and profitability

Support weekly & monthly sales performance reviews to identify trends & key business drivers

Conduct assortment analysis and provide actionable recommendations to maximize sales and profitability

Lead post-mortem analysis of trade activations, identifying best practices, areas for improvement, and calculating ROI to formulate concrete recommendations for future initiatives

Strategically analyze ecom promotional animations with pre and post strategy hindsight reports provided to executive team

Coordinate the quarterly allocation of gratis, samples, and GWPs in alignment with marketing strategies and market needs

Analyze and monitor pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness and profit margins

Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations

Build accurate forecasts for new product launches and core assortment based on market dynamics and sales trends
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
-
5+ years of experience in key account management, merchandising, business planning or sales - preferably in Beauty or FMCG sectors

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Excellent organizational and project management abilities

Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a plus
