We are seeking a Senior Video Games Production Services Director to lead critical “middle office” functions and play a key role in driving our global Video Games product.
This is a high-impact leadership position at the heart of our organization, with direct influence on product success, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):

Lead and oversee Production and Production Services functions

Supervise the full lifecycle of game products, from concept to post-launch

Ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery through Localization, QA, and Release Management

Provide strategic insights on market trends and product positioning

Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams (~30 people) across 4 departments

Own and optimize departmental budgets and resource allocation

Act as a key interface with international stakeholders (Japan, North America, partners, licensors)
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role within the video game industry

Previous experience in Localization, QA, and/or Release Management is required

Strong expertise in production cycles, and product strategy

Solid track record in team leadership, project management, and budget ownership

Deep understanding of gaming markets, platforms, and industry trends

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English (Japanese is a strong advantage)

Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
