Job Summary
As part of HCLTech's Global Support service, you provide first-line support for Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) and Primavera P6 used by client's project controls, schedule & cost teams. Core job: user access/provisioning, troubleshoot functional issues in OPC/P6, escalate platform-level defects to Oracle Support (raise/track formal SRs/Ideas). Occasional travel to client site in France, ~2–3 days/month.
Key responsibilities
Manage user access to OPC and P6 Workspaces — provisioning, read/write grants, urgent access requests
Troubleshoot P6/OPC functional issues: EV/PV (Earned Value/Planned Value) display errors, Resource Assignment display & grouping, filters, UDFs (user-defined fields), autofit/column display, RFDA view issues
Support Fiscal Period config, activity/UDF codes, P6 Visualizer display problems
Raise, track, follow up formal Oracle Support Service Requests (SR) and Product Ideas for platform defects
Coordinate w/ client's schedule/cost engineers on data issues (missing entries, incorrect year data, filter replication failures)
Fulfil requests within agreed SLAs across mixed SR/Problem/Incident queue
Maintain knowledge base for recurring OPC/P6 issues & resolutions
Represent HCLTech on periodic on-site visits to client site in France
Need Support Lead to work on Oracle Primavera from ITER office in St Paul Lez Durance Cedex- France.
Key Responsibilities
1. To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets.
2. To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).
3. To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
4. To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
5. To execute continuous improvement activities and to improve the teamâs performance.
