Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Consultant (M/F) to promote our solutions to customers.
You will be responsible for the following tasks :

Mastering the Service Manager solution

Expanding your knowledge of new solutions

Providing recommendations and identifying areas for improvement for the client

Participate in the development and optimization phases of our solutions within client contexts

Be proactive and challenge constructively
-
Identify risks related to the customers
-
Independently lead working meetings with the client
-
Be responsible for your functional scope
-
Deliver services that meet client acceptance criteria and management requirements

Ensure the project methodology is properly documented and applied

Manage the scope of your assignment and adapt it as needed
Qualifications
-
At least 4 years of experience as a Consultant on Easyvista Service Manager
-
Knowledge of other solutions in the Easyvista Portfolio

Fluent language skills in French and English, written and verbally
-
Located in France, preferably Paris area

ITIL certification
-
Strong technical skills
-
Customer service orientation / Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to listen, analyze, and synthesize information
-
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions

Autonomous and organizational skills
