First Stage Software and Ground Operations Engineer
We are looking for a fluid engineer to join our First Stage Team working on First Stage software development and fluid ground operations definition. You will contribute to the First Stage fluid activities depending on priorities, but in particular you will be in charge of:

Contributing to the First Stage fluid on-board software development in collaboration with First Stage fluid function responsibles and avionics software teams - including:

The definition of First Stage fluid on-board algorithms
-
The consolidation of First Stage fluid on-board software validation logic
-
The validation of First Stage fluid algorithms
-
The definition of validation simulators as needed
-
The configuration management of First Stage fluid on-board algorithms (including algorithms, data, coherence with mission)
- Contributing to the consolidation of First Stage ground and flight phase sequences

Contributing to the definition of First Stage fluid ground phase operations in collaboration with First Stage fluid function responsibles and operation teams - including:

The definition of operational requirements for fluid operations covering Assembly & integration, tests, fluid operations in launch pad zone

The definition of specifications to ground command & control software as needed

The validation of operational requirements
-
The configuration management of operational requirements (including operation description, data, thresholds, etc.)

The resolution of anomaly as needed and update of operational requirement for correction or optimisation

Exchanging with other MaiaSpace team members (from First Stage or other teams) in order to understand their constraints and their needs, and reaching best compromise with them as necessary
Consistently with the Agile way of working, activities may evolve within the perimeter described above depending on program priorities. You may also be asked to contribute more generally to fluid activities of the stage in collaboration with other members of the team, in particular its architect.

Job requirements
Specific competences & abilities:

Team player, high communication skills, adaptability, open-mindedness, autonomy, motivation, dedication, rigorous, synthesis skills

Prior demonstrated experience on fluid functional activities (cryogenic fluids is a plus) or/and software development
- Prior experience in Simulink

English level sufficient to read and write technical documentation, to perform oral technical presentation and to interact on technical topics
Qualification:

Engineering degree (+5 years post-Baccalaureate) with ideally specialization in fluid topics or / and software development
- At least 2 years experience on the related field
