Reporting to a member of the Apgar board, your missions are as follows:
Main responsibilities:
– Develop and implement the company’s quality policy, in liaison with general management and other departments.
– Continuously update our quality and information security documentation.
– Define and monitor quality performance indicators, objectives and action plans.
– Implement and deploy ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards within our organization.
– Deliver trainings to internal teams – on quality methods and tools, such as auditing, root cause analysis, statistical control, visual management, etc.
– Conduct or participate in internal and external audits, certifications and approvals.
– Manage non-conformities, customer complaints and corrective and preventive actions.
– Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of products and processes, and control quality, safety and environmental risks.
– Monitor standards, regulations and technology in the field of quality.
