Your Mission
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the R&D department of our Media & Entertainment division and its three development teams (around 30 people). You will organize, coordinate, and level up the technical teams. You will drive R&D operational excellence: delivering finished, reliable, and sustainable products that teams are proud of.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow the three development teams, holding direct management authority over their Team Leaders
Establish a culture of completion: drive products all the way through to full deployment/industrialization
Streamline and align our software platforms; build a library of shared modules across teams
Leverage AI as a productivity driver for all teams, along with the appropriate best practices and security frameworks
Ensure the end-to-end technical consistency of solutions, working closely with Product Marketing and our Critical Communication, Defense & Space division
Manage the R&D budget, Research Tax Credit (CIR), intellectual property, and collaborative projects
Your Profile
Engineering background, strong technical grounding in networking/telecoms/software development, with solid experience managing technical teams and managers
Leadership that combines humility and firmness: relying on your teams’ expertise while knowing when to make decisive calls
Efficiency-driven: building simple, solid, and sustainable solutions without over-engineering
Solution-oriented, fostering engagement and delivering on schedule
Strong believer in the value of AI, with concrete experience implementing it
Fluent professional English
An awareness of intellectual property (patents) is a plus
