Déploiement des outils de lean manufacturing et d’amélioration continue, sur les nouveaux projets industriels : Gemba tour, Réunion Operationnelle, Methode résolution de problèmes, etc. Plusieurs projets et zones sont à déployer, y compris avec les outils digitaux, et vidéos. Missions : – Prise en compte des besoin des utilisateurs – Elaboration du planning de déploiement. – Paramétrage, et adaptation des outils pour une utilisation conforme aux attendus du SIS (Stellantis Industrial System) et des utilisateurs. – Formation des futurs utilisateurs. – Assistance à l’utilisation pendant la période de “rodage”.
