As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to help them achieve their digital transformation ambitions and realize the full value of Temenos technology and services. You will build strategic relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive complex sales opportunities from inception through to successful closure, with a strong focus on SaaS, Cloud, subscription-based growth, and customer value realization.
You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations, understanding their business strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
You will position SaaS, Cloud, and subscription-based propositions by clearly articulating customer value, adoption outcomes, commercial implications, and long-term account growth opportunities.
You will partner with customers and internal teams to support SaaS transformation discussions, including cloud readiness, adoption planning, usage expansion, renewals, and customer success alignment.
You should have in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including market trends, challenges, and emerging innovations.
You should have proven success selling complex, high-value Digital, CRM, SaaS, Cloud, or Banking Technology solutions within the financial services sector.
You should have strong knowledge of SaaS commercial models, including subscription revenue, renewals, expansion, adoption metrics, and customer lifetime value.
You should have experience selling Cloud or SaaS solutions and comfort discussing customer success, implementation journeys, consumption, usage, and value realization.
You should have the ability to engage confidently with technology and business stakeholders on SaaS transformation topics, including cloud migration, scalability, security expectations, integrations, and platform adoption.
You should have strong communication , presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into compelling value propositions.
You should have a data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to tell compelling stories, create value, and inspire customer action.
