Role and Responsibilities:

Join us and take on a varied role at the heart of Gévelot, the parent company of the PCM Group.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

managing general administration and providing support to Management;

managing relationships with our tenants and supporting the day-to-day management of our real estate portfolio;
-
coordinating maintenance, works, property inspections and service providers;

providing day-to-day accounting support: customer and supplier invoices, approval workflows, payments, bank transactions and reconciliations;

supporting the preparation of General Meetings, Board meetings and other key corporate events.
Profile:
You have a 2- or 3-year degree in business administration, accounting or executive assistance, and above all at least 5 years of successful experience in a varied, hands-on role.
Organised, reliable and responsive, you are comfortable managing several priorities at once and working with a wide range of people. You are a strong team player with a genuine sense of commitment.
You are comfortable with digital tools and have a good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Professional proficiency in English is essential.
