Your missions :
As part of Ceva’s Corporate Accounting team, you play a central role in producing reliable, compliant and clear financial information within a fast‑growing international group. As a technical reference for general accounting, you secure, analyse and document financial operations to ensure the quality and consistency of consolidated reporting for all internal stakeholders.
You will be part of a team of 6 people within a Finance Department of around 25 employees, operating in a demanding and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities :
1. General Accounting & Operations
- Manage, review and secure general accounting transactions in JDEdwards.
- Produce and maintain complete, reliable documentation for your accounting perimeter.
- Analyse unusual or complex transactions in accordance with French GAAP and Group procedures.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (J+5 Reporting – BOFC).
- Serve as the key contact for operational teams on accounting topics and support their understanding of accounting rules.
2. Financial Analysis & Risk Identification
- Analyse financial results, identify unusual variances, contribute to analytical notes prepared for controlling and corporate teams.
- Document identified accounting risks and propose corrective actions.
- Participate in analytical reviews and the monitoring of sensitive accounts.
3. Internal Control & Compliance
- Apply and adapt Group accounting procedures for your scope.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the internal control matrix.
- Document completed controls, identify deviations and follow up on action plans.
- Contribute to the preparation and smooth running of external audits.
4. Finance Tools, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Use JDEdwards, BOFC and BI tools to automate, monitor and secure financial reporting.
- Contribute to the digitalisation, simplification and standardisation of accounting processes.
- Identify efficiency gains and participate in financial flow optimisation projects.
Your profile :
Technical Skills :
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Accounting/Finance (DSG, DSCG, Masters degree or equivalent).
- Strong experience in general accounting within a complex or multi‑entity environment.
- Experience in an audit firm is appreciated.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (JDEdwards, BO Finance / SAP), BI tools and advanced Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of French GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English.
