A Day in the Life
Ready to shape the future of Beauty Tech? As a Data & Operational Excellence Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our Augmented Beauty Operations. You will act as the primary point of contact and project owner for strategic digital initiatives, from connected device data management to platform modernization. You will join a transversal team dedicated to bringing groundbreaking beauty devices and services to life, ensuring they are smart, connected, and deliver unparalleled consumer experiences.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead Data Centralization: Drive the integration of all device data flows (repairs, distribution centers) into our central BeautyFleet platform to create a single source of truth.
- Act as Product Owner: Support the technical modernization of the BeautyFleet platform, including migrations and the implementation of security features like Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for our devices.
- Empower Business with Data: Ensure business teams have access to relevant, accurate, and actionable data by monitoring data pipelines and enabling new KPIs.
- Drive "Data by Design": Integrate data connectivity requirements from the very beginning of the device creation process by working closely with our R&I teams.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who is driven and ready to navigate a complex, innovative environment. You are a great match if you are:
- An experienced Data analyst / Product Owner with a proven track record of handling complex digital projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in data and platform integrations, with an understanding of data flows and APIs.
- Familiar with the IoT / Connected Devices ecosystem and device lifecycle management.
- A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to bridge the gap between technical, R&I, and business teams.
- Fluent in French & English.
