Property Manager – 3 days/week – 0,6 FTE
Location: France - Paris
An exciting opportunity awaits you: join our team as a Property Manager (3 days per week) to support our operations in France. This position will oversee real estate and facilities management activities to ensure excellent service delivery. The Property Manager will be responsible for contract management, stakeholder relations, operational supervision, and financial management.
What does this role involve?
Real Estate & Facilities Management
Draft and review lease agreements, subleases, and partner contracts in conjunction with the client's internal legal entities
Manage relationships with landlords and their service providers on behalf of the client (negotiation support, administrative and contractual monitoring)
Coordinate interventions by service providers related to site operations (security, reception, maintenance, etc.)
Draft and distribute communications to the client's employees regarding practical information related to sites
Financial and Administrative Support
Create and track client orders (follow-ups, supplier creation in internal tools)
Validate and monitor client expenses, in relation to the budget
Collaborate with the procurement team for supplier and contract management
Monitor financial matters related to the client's landlords and service providers, and act as a liaison between all stakeholders
Essential experience and knowledge:
3 to 5 years' experience in real estate management and/or property management, ideally in the commercial or industrial sector
Experience in drafting/negotiating commercial leases and service contracts
Experience in budget management (expense tracking, order creation, financial reporting)
Knowledge of French real estate law and technical building aspects (HVAC, security, maintenance, industrial systems).
Knowledge of CMMS software or real estate management system
Proficiency and ease in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial and budget tracking and with artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, AI assistants, automation tools)
Native French speaker with excellent writing skills and Professional Level in English
Interpersonal and organizational skills:
Excellent coordination and multi-stakeholder management capabilities (landlords, service providers, internal teams)
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Strong sense of customer service and results orientation
Mindset oriented toward continuous improvement and operational efficiency
