We are currently looking for a proactive, experienced, and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a positive, opportunity-driven mindset to join our recruitment team and help scale our UA and US teams, with a key focus on Sales roles. - Fluency in English (spoken and business writing).
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience on US or Europe market.
- Experience with tech or non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing).
- Expert level skills in sourcing passive candidates.
- A personalized approach in hiring.
- Ability to work independently and help (mentor) other team members.
- Great communication, negotiation, collaborative and interviewing skills and a good sense of humour.
