Intégré au sein du service WORKFORCE LEARNING & TALENT MANAGEMENT, votre mission consistera à gérer le sourcing Intérim. Vous devrez donc : – Gérer les contrats, les embauches, les renouvellements et les règlements des Intérims, – Réaliser l’animation avec les agences Intérim, Pôle Emploi et les autres partenaires, – Animer les bilans Qualité et les Parts de marché, – Mettre en place la politique de Stellantis en matière de recours au travail temporaire.
