A Reservation Agent at Crazy Pizza
As a Reservation Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the energy, precision, and excellence of the Crazy Pizza brand.We are looking for a professional, service-driven Call Center Operator to join our Monaco-based team, supporting guest inquiries and reservations across our international portfolio of luxury restaurants.
Your Day to Day
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and digital reservation requests with confidence and care.
- Manage table reservations accurately across multiple locations and time zones.
- Provide clear and engaging information on restaurant concepts, menus, opening hours, events, and seasonal operations.
- Coordinate special requests, including VIP bookings, celebrations, dietary needs, and group reservations.
- Liaise closely with restaurant managers and on-site teams to ensure seamless guest communication.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and reservation notes to support a personalized experience.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and guest feedback with discretion and efficiency.
Who are you?
- Proven experience in a call center, reservations, or hospitality role, preferably within a luxury or high-end restaurant environment.
- Solid experience using reservation systems and CRM tools, with the ability to manage high volumes accurately across multiple venues and time zones.
- Fluency in English, Italian, and French is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Polished, articulate, and guest-focused, with a confident and professional communication style.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask calmly in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive, solution-oriented team player with the autonomy to work independently and a genuine passion for food, dining, and lifestyle brands.
