A Day in the Life
The Prologis Europe Graduate Program is a structured 24-month rotational development program designed for high-potential early-career professionals with up to three years of work experience.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the logistics real estate industry through a combination of local market experience and international business exposure. The successful candidate will spend 18 months in Paris, France, followed by 6 months in Amsterdam, Netherlands, working alongside experienced professionals across multiple functions within the Prologis organization.
The program is designed to provide practical experience across key areas of logistics real estate, helping you develop a comprehensive understanding of our business and customer value proposition.

Throughout the program, you will work closely with colleagues, customers, and external partners, contributing to business initiatives, real estate projects, customer engagement activities, and strategic decision-making. Each participant will be supported by a senior leadership mentor and local rotation sponsors to ensure a meaningful development experience.
Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of real estate projects and development initiatives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding business needs and supporting customer experience activities across the portfolio.

Assist with customer management processes, including lease administration, customer communications, and property-related coordination.

Analyze market, portfolio, financial, and operational data to support business decisions and identify opportunities.

Contribute to investment, valuation, and fund management activities through research, analysis, and reporting.

Support the evaluation of revenue-generating opportunities by aligning customer needs with value-added products and services.

Participate in project reviews, presentations, negotiations, and business planning activities.

Complete structured learning experiences, mentoring sessions, and rotational assignments across multiple business functions.

Build relationships across the European organization and collaborate with colleagues in different markets and disciplines.
Building Blocks for Success
Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree completed before September 2026 in Real Estate or a related field such as Real Estate Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

Up to 3 years of professional work experience.

Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).

Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.

Willingness to relocate between Paris and Amsterdam as part of the program and travel within Europe as required.
