The candidate will support the Finance Manager, Global and Regional Tax Teams, managing month-end close, ongoing deliverables, external audits and specific research projects to ensure statutory compliance across the France region. The successful candidate will be the financial accounting team lead, supporting a best-in-class financial reporting and compliance environment with a focus on continuous improvement, accuracy and integrity across financial and tax reporting.
The role will report into the France Finance Manager.
Financial Reporting and Compliance
Continuous improvement of the accounting environment, implementing and monitoring controls, alongside reviewing accounting and reporting policy to ensure full compliance across both local GAAP and Group guidelines.
Tax Reporting and Compliance
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
University degree, preferably with a focus on taxes and accounting, e.g. business administration, finance, accounting and taxation, controlling, (business) law.
