We have a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Law Associate to join our team in Paris.
The role will support our Employment and labour law team and involves working in a predominantly international practice, supporting a client base composed largely of multinational companies operating across multiple jurisdictions.
The team acts as a pure player in collective bargaining and restructuring, advising on sophisticated and high‑impact employment matters.
Main Responsibilities

Advise international clients on French and cross‑border employment law issues.

Support collective negotiations and contribute to the drafting of related documentation.

Work on restructuring operations, organisational changes, and transformation projects.

Draft legal analyses, memos, and client‑ready advice.

Collaborate closely with teams located in other offices worldwide.
Profile
-
Fully qualified lawyer (CAPA) with a Master’s degree in Employment/Labour Law.

At least 3 years’ experience in Employment law, ideally within an international environment.

Fluent in English and French
