How you'll make an impact
In this role, you will:

Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to brokers and business leaders across the team.

Coordinate meetings, diaries, travel arrangements, and team logistics.

Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, client meetings, and conferences.

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.

Assist with communications, presentations, marketing materials, and business documentation.

Support team coordination activities, including project tracking, follow-ups, and managing deadlines.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems while supporting business processes and compliance requirements.

Contribute to the smooth running of the team through proactive problem-solving and day-to-day support.
About you
Here's what you'll bring to the role:

Experience in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, Business Support, Office Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and building effective working relationships.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
