Our client is building the growth infrastructure for the next decade through a scalable, data science-first platform. Their technology provides B2C teams with deep predictive clarity into user behavior, revenue drivers, and the precise actions required to drive sustainable growth.
Built on deep learning (not prompts) by an elite team of operators, mathematicians, and engineers who lived the complexity of growth at scale, their platform turns fragmented data into clear answers and decisive actions. Fully agentic by design, this infrastructure eliminates the need for code, dashboards, or guesswork, shrinking months-long decision cycles down to minutes.
The company is heavily backed by premier Silicon Valley venture capital firms (including top-tier investors and Comany Ventures) and collaborates globally with forward-looking operators—ranging from Fortune 500 enterprises to leading consumer brands and AI-native companies. After establishing a dominant product-market fit in the US, the company is officially launching its EMEA expansion in 2026 and requires a GTM Market Launcher to lead and build their French footprint from Paris.
The Mission: Zero-to-One
This role represents a foundational position for the Go-To-Market (GTM) division in the region. The selected professional will take on a true -zero-to-one- challenge: they will not inherit an existing pipeline, nor will they be handed a pre-established playbook.
As the first GTM hire in the French market, they will be responsible for outbound prospecting, closing enterprise deals, defining the regional winning strategy, and eventually building out the local team. They will operate with the autonomy and vision of a true business owner on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Revenue Ownership: The role starts as an individual contributor, taking full responsibility for the sales cycle in complex French enterprise environments—from outbound prospecting to closing six-figure contracts.
- Executing Commercial Motions: Designing and executing the sequencing for outbound prospecting, inbound pipeline, partnerships, events, and partner expansion to build the French expansion playbook from scratch.
- Augmenting Strategic Partners: Ensuring commercial partners rapidly adopt and extract value from the core growth-engine infrastructure. As revenue scales, the Market Launcher will be joined and supported by Forward Deployed Engineers and Growth Success Managers.
- Account Expansion: Identifying new use cases within landing accounts across different departments and geographies, while partnering with product teams to translate local customer growth into compelling case studies.
- Shaping Regional Strategy: Partnering directly with the global founding team to define pricing, positioning, and market intelligence to guide the product roadmap, while building a rigorous forecasting discipline.
