Role and Responsibilities:

As part of the expansion of our operational teams, we are looking for a Production Engineer to report to the Department Manager.
As a key player in the field, you will actively participate in improving industrial performance and leading teams in a demanding and stimulating environment.
Your missions :
- Implement Lean Manufacturing approaches
- Participate in methods and maintenance projects
- Lead continuous improvement projects
- Monitor industrial performance indicators (production rate, efficiency, range yield, scrap tracking, costs, etc.)
- Contribute to the safety and quality culture
- Support production supervisors in their daily activities (field coordination, liaison with support services and UAP managers)
- Assist the Department Manager in his technical and organizational projects.
Profile:
Student in a general engineering, production, mechanical engineering, or industrial organization school.
Technical skills :
Good understanding of industrial environments and production processes.
Ability to analyze performance indicators and suggest areas for improvement.
Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint or equivalent).
Knowledge of Lean tools and approaches (5S, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) appreciated.
Interpersonal skills :
Strong interest in field work and technical issues.
Interest in operational management and continuous improvement.
Analytical mind, curiosity, and autonomy.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with production teams.
