About ArcaScience
ArcaScience is a Paris-based AI startup building AI-powered benefit-risk assessment (BRA) solutions for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. We help our clients reach faster, better-substantiated decisions on the benefit-risk profile of their products.
The role
We're looking for a Communications & Marketing intern to help drive our external communications and raise the profile of ArcaScience (and of its leadership) across LinkedIn, the press, and the conference and podcast circuit. You'll work closely with our sales, operations, and leadership teams, with real autonomy and visible impact.
Your missions
- Write and schedule content for our LinkedIn presence (posts, editorial calendar), primarily in English
- Create simple, on-brand visuals to accompany our content: slide templates, images, and other collateral (Canva, Figma, or another tool you're comfortable with)
- Use open-source intelligence (OSINT) techniques to find specific data points, stats, and sources to strengthen our communications and content
- Press relations, in French and English: prepare and pitch articles and story angles to relevant trade and industry media
- Identify and pitch speaking opportunities for our CEO and CMO, conferences, podcasts, panels, and other platforms
- Reach out to and build relationships with journalists and media at events where our leadership is speaking
- Keep an eye on sector news and events to surface content ideas and press angles
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (communications, marketing, journalism, PR, or similar); the internship requires a school internship agreement (convention de stage)
- Professional fluency in French and English, with strong writing in both
- Comfortable doing open-source research (OSINT) to track down data and sources for content
- Familiar with AI tools and comfortable using them in your day-to-day work
- Comfortable creating simple visuals and design assets
- An interest in healthcare, science, pharma, or biotech is a real plus
- Autonomous, curious, proactive, and comfortable reaching out to people
Practical details
- 6-month internship, 35 hours/week
- Based in Paris (13th arr.), with partial remote work authorized
- Gratification: ≈ €1,000/month
