About the role
Our Assistance Technique, Procédés & Projets (APP) team, composed of 8 people, is integrated into the site management department and focuses on continuous process optimization, design and qualification of new manufacturing lines, in collaboration with R&I, business teams, central engineering and procurement.
As an Process & Industrialization Engineer, you will work on industrial feasibility validation, product and process qualification, and production tool optimization to support the deployment of new strategic product ranges. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the development of new manufacturing processes and have a positive impact on the site’s industrial performance. You will be accountable for:
Industrial feasibility validation : Assessing the transfer of new R&I‑developed products to industrial scale and designing new manufacturing lines.
Industrial expertise support : Providing production expertise to R&I teams and contributing to industrialization risk analyses.
Product qualification : Validating product performance from industrial trials and preparing qualification dossiers.
Technical specification alignment : Validating technical product specifications with business teams and proposing action plans for industrialization.
Process & tool optimization : Contributing to production tool optimization and the design of new manufacturing processes.
We offer a permanent onsite contract.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in process engineering or chemical engineering. Relevant work experience (3–5 years) in industrialization, process engineering, or a similar role.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is:
€49,920 – €62,400 per year in France
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
