Le poste
Nous recherchons notre Office Manager : une personne polyvalente, organisée et orientée solutions. Tu interviendras sur l'ensemble des sujets liés à la vie du bureau, à l'administratif RH et à la logistique, en étant le point de contact central pour ces sujets. Un rôle varié, avec des responsabilités concrètes.
Tes missions
Office & Facilities
- Piloter le quotidien du bureau (fournisseurs, prestataires, propriétaires/gestionnaires)
- Coordonner maintenance, réparations, aménagements et projets de relocalisation
- Garantir la conformité aux normes locales
Administration
- Suivre et contribuer au processus de paie
- Gérer les onboardings / offboardings
- Gérer les avantages salariés (titres restaurant, épargne salariale...)
- Gérer la flotte de véhicules
IT & Support
- Assurer le support IT de premier niveau
- Coordonner équipements, accès et demandes techniques
Communication & Engagement
- Contribuer à la communication interne
- Organiser événements internes et externes, town halls, visites de leadership
- Animer les initiatives d'engagement d'équipe
Ce poste est fait pour vous si vous avez:
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en administration ou équivalent
Excellentes capacités d’organisation
Expérience en gestion de budget et de fournisseurs
