Bid Writing: Delivering high-quality bids tailored to local contexts and city requirements; leveraging Dott’s existing resources and creating new, relevant material where needed; and ensuring all responses are structured, clear, and compelling. (Bid execution is a key component of this role).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g., product, commercial, hardware) to gather inputs and formulate requests to strengthen our offers.
Process Improvement: Contributing to the continuous improvement of bid management processes and tools to increase team efficiency.
Experience: Relevant experience gained through internships and/or up to 1-2 years in project management, strategy consulting, or related fields. Experience in the mobility field is a plus.
Problem-Solving & Mindset: Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. You are highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Structured and compelling writing skills with the ability to craft high-quality bids and responses.
