Areas of Responsibility:
Working in a dynamic 2-person team, the main mission is: support the Head of HSE&Q France in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and company guidelines across Wind & Solar activities (operations, maintenance, development and construction). Contribute to the implementation of HSE&Q initiatives and the continuous improvement of HSE performance within the country perimeter, in alignment with HSE&Q OU standards.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable HSE French legislation and internal policies and guidelines by supporting the implementation and monitoring of operational actions.
- Support the organization and follow-up of legally required inspections (e.g. PPE, work tools, and equipment) in ERG's agencies or warehouses in France, and integration/monitoring of these checks in the Group's monitoring software.
- Contribute to the collection and validation of necessary data and information on the Group's HSE&Q platform supporting the preparation of periodic reports for the management.
- Support the recording, investigation, and follow-up of incidents, near misses, and non-conformities, including participation in on-site HSE inspections and root cause analyses in the event of a major incident/accident, and ensuring the tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and the execution of field checks in compliance with company regulations and procedures.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking mandatory HSE training activities, in coordination with the relevant company units.
- Contribute to HSE aspects of Group projects and initiatives within the country perimeter.
- Participate in the development and periodic update of ERG QHSE documentation. Support the relevant operational units in the interpretation and application of applicable regulations and contribute to the definition of tools and methodologies for their effective integration into business processes and site activities, in coordination with the HSE Wind & Solar function.
- Support initiatives aimed at promoting HSE culture, including safety campaigns and communications, and assisting Employer, delegated managers, supervisors and workers in the development of "zero accidents" initiatives
- Participate in the organization and execution of various operational emergency response exercises (planning, scenario development, reporting, corrective action).
- Assist in ensuring proper management of waste produced in the reference technology in France and participate in mitigating environmental impacts with the relevant departments.
- Support HSE&Q France in the implementation, management and continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems (Quality: ISO 9001, Environment: ISO 14001, Safety: ISO 45001), including coordination with certification bodies and support to internal and external audit activities, in compliance with HSE guidelines.
- Support the employer and the appointed consultants in the identification of workplace health & safety risks and environmental aspects, contributing to the definition and follow-up of preventive and protective measures.
- Provide day-to-day HSE support to operational teams, assisting in the application of procedures, tools, and methodologies across sites.
- Assist in supplier HSE qualification processes and in monitoring contractor performance, including preparation of audits and site verifications.
- Participate in on-site inspections and audits (including construction sites), supporting the verification of compliance with HSE requirements.
Studies:
Quality, Safety, Environnement or QHSE Project management
- BAC+3 / Licence pro
- Master degree
Work Experience:
2–4 years of experience in HSE roles (preferably in industrial, energy or construction sectors)
Languages:
- French: Fluently
- English: Level B2
- Italian is a plus
IT Skills:
- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms)
- SAP is a plus
- Zucchetti is a plus
Know – How & Managerial Skills

- Salary range: 38.000 - 45.000 Euro
